Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) physically receive the goods. This applies even if your order has already been dispatched or delivered.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the EU Model Withdrawal Form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, Not the cost of standard delivery (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Deduction for Diminished Value

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the goods, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For example, if items have been worn, washed, or damaged beyond a reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalised
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
